These are developmental projects/support for Arts professionals or those interested in pursuing a career in the Arts. Patrons should make contact in advance as outlined below.
Writers Mentorships
Source in collaboration with The Irish Writers Centre supports writers in a mentorship programme. Writers previously included on the programme include Jill Kenny, Catherine O'Brien, Lenny Antonelli and Clare O'Reilly. Nigel Quinlan was chosen in 2026.
Writers are paired with mentor writers of their choosing over 8 months to develop and complete new work.
Actors Ensemble Workshops
The Source Arts Centre looks to identify and develop a group of actors who might be available to work in productions in the Tipperary area over the coming years. Ensemble workshops look to bring together semi-professional and professional actors, who live and work in the region in a supportive group setting. If you are interested in hearing about future workshops contact us by email only to: director@sourcearts.ie. Actors should be over 18 years (with no upward limit).

Tipperary County Council, The Arts Council and the Creative Ireland Programme.
Career/Project Consultation
Source works with a number of support consultants who can help Artists who look to develop projects, identify opportunities or support broader career or artistic development.
