  • Founding Member and Director of The Source Arts Centre since 2003. With twenty five years experience working in the arts, Melanie Scott is a graduate of Fine Art at D.I.T. and the H.Dip in Arts Administration at U.C.D. Appointed County Arts Officer in January 1999. The function of the Arts Officer is to promote, advise on and work towards the development of the arts throughout County Tipperary. This role includes the development and implementation of policy for the arts, coordination of developmental programming across policy areas, administration of grants and schemes for the arts and commissioning of work across artforms and contexts.

Feedback & Complaints Procedure

We welcome any feedback you may have about The Source. You can contact the Artistic Director directly.

 

Should you have a specific complaint or concern, we will look to address it in as expedient a manner as possible. You can contact the Centre by email, post, telephone or in person.

  1. Your feedback or complaint will be dealt with by a staff member who may resolve the issue at that point, or forward it to the most appropriate person to respond.
  2. If it is received by email or post we will acknowledge it within 10 days and do everything to resolve any complaint within 15 working days.
  3. Please provide as much information as possible and provide contact details in order that we can respond.

If you feel your complaint has not been dealt with further to the above stages, you contact us again by writing to the Chairperson of The Source Arts Centre at the address. The Chair will ensure that your letter is considered at Board level and will respond following this.
