The Venue and Box Office is open from:

2pm to 5pm on Saturday
The Box Office also opens one hour prior to scheduled events or 30 minutes before film screenings. Online bookings are available 24/7. The Source Box Office is not open on Saturdays during a bank holiday weekend unless a show is taking place on that Saturday.
Come Early! Most performances start at 8pm (unless otherwise stated). Please arrive at The Source Arts Centre at least 30 minutes in advance of your chosen performance. Latecomers cannot always be admitted and may not be guaranteed seats until there is a suitable break, which in some cases this may be the interval. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

- The Source Arts Centre car park is located under the building
- The Source car park opens 45 minutes before and closes 30 minutes after the end of each show/performance.
- The car park has limited spaces. Additional external car parking spaces are available adjacent to the centre.
Tickets to all events can be purchased 24/7 online, via computer, smartphone or tablet.
You can also book by telephone or in person during Box Office hours. 10am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 2pm to 5pm on Saturday. The Box Office opens one hour prior to scheduled events.
The Source Arts Centre uses Tickets.com ticketing system for online transactions which are encrypted with Tickets.com's SSL certificate. When you click the 'Buy Tickets' link you will be directed to their ticketing page. Transactions from The Source Arts Centre website to Tickets.com ticketing servers are encrypted when you proceed to the Shopping Cart.
Please note that a booking fee of €2 per transaction will apply. You canpay by Laser, Visa Debit and Credit Card. Please present your email confirmation slip which you will receive after booking. Box Office does not post out tickets. Please collect your tickets on arrival at box-office on the performance night only. Tickets CANNOT be collected prior to this. Arrive in good time. Source staff will inform you as to your allocated seating area on the night.
Laser and most credit cards accepted. Your tickets will be held for you ready for collection on the performance night.

The Source Arts Centre has a strict no exchange/refund policy. Under exceptional circumstances, we will endeavour to re-sell returned tickets on behalf of a customer. To obtain a refund for a cancelled event, original tickets must be returned to the Box Office. Sold tickets will be held at Box Office for collection up to 30 minutes prior to the performance.
To sit as a group you MUST have booked as one transaction under the one name. If you wish to add to your group after booking, please call 0504 90204 and we will so our utmost to arrange same.
If you have any special access requirements, please inform the Box Office at time of booking to ensure that we can assist you. Wheelchair places are available in the auditorium but must be booked in advance. The Source Arts Centre and Thurles Library building is wheelchair accessible.
They must be accompanied by an adult at all performances. To comply with fire regulations children (even babies) must have a seat ticket. Infants from 0-12 months can sit on a parents lap and are admitted free but with a ticket.
Watch out for discounted offers on tickets:
We offer our concessionary rate to some events - to school students, third level students, senior citizens, unemployed and disabled. Current ID is essential to avail of these concessions. Where the child price is displayed on certain events, the age for this discount is from 1 to 12yrs.

The Source is able to provide childrens' workshops on the strength of your booking. If you cancel your booking, it becomes difficult, if not impossible, for us to provide the workshop. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to all workshops.
Payment is 100% refundable up to 4 weeks in advance of the workshop.
Payment is 50% refundable up to 3 weeks in advance of the workshop.
Payment is non-refundable thereafter.
The Source Arts Centre and Thurles Library building is wheelchair accessible.
There is a wheelchair ramp at the front of the building which leads to the boardwalk and front door. Internal lifts from the underground car park enable easy access to the ground floor, balcony and upper bar areas. Please ring ahead to inform the Box Office on 0504 90204 if you use a wheelchair and are coming to see a show. Wheelchair places are available in the auditorium but need to be booked in advance. If you need further assistance or have any special access requirements please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
There is a ground floor public toilet for wheelchair users.
Please note that the underground public car park closes a half hour after the end of the performance on show nights. There is no charge for parking after 6.30pm.
Eat & drink
The Source Bar
The bar opens one hour prior to evening performances and for post-show drinks serving a selection of beers, wines spirits and soft drinks.
Interval drinks can be ordered in advance, so you don’t need to queue at the bar.
The Bar area is available for bookings outside of show times for meetings or other events.
