Actors Ensemble: Actors workshops: Improvisation

A series of 6 workshops to support Actors development.
Calling on actors of all ages and levels of experience.
Through these workshops we are hoping to develop a core group of actors, connected to the Source Arts Centre, from whom future theatre and video projects can be cast. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions.
Week Two: Saturday 14th October
Improvisation with Martin MaguireMartin Maguire will lead two Improvisation sessions on Saturday from 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. The sessions will gently introduce participants to a range of improvisational exercises aimed to have fun and build confidence in your improvising skills. We will progress to generating original dramatic characters and situations.Finally we will explore using improvisation to develop dramatic stories from given historical or imagined material. We may even end up with the bones of a few strong dramas with future potential!
