Source Summer Youth Project What’s The Special Tonight?

What’s The Special Tonight?
Mon 02Sat 07 Jul 2018

Tickets

€100

Time

10am to 5pm daily

In an age of celebrity chefs, online fashionistas and vloggers it’s hard to know what’s going on behind the surface of the latest selfie. Pop-Up Restaurants, Bars, and Bijou Antique Clothes Stores are the goal of every town’s dream of regeneration. Mary P’s proposal of setting up a ‘family friendly eatery’, The Olde Gingerbread House seems just the ticket for harassed and socially aspirational parents and their hipster offspring to hang out at. In a novel reworking of the Hansel & Gretel story Source Summer Camp ’18 participants will explore what goes on behind the scenes in this welcoming child-centered restaurant. Theatre Director Tony Fegan returns with Dramaturg/Writer Jenny MacDonald and Designer Tadashi Kato to work with young performers, musicians and designers. Sign up for a week of hard work, fun and mayhem!
For ages 13 to 17 years
