The Source Arts Centre opened on 2nd October 2006 and is one of Ireland's newest arts centres.

It consists of a 250 seat auditorium with fully flexible seating, and a dedicated gallery space.

A year round programme of events will include film, theatre, dance, ballet, opera, music, family events and visual art exhibitions. And alongside the professional events The Source will have a community and youth outreach programme. If you want to get involved, then click here and give us a call.

Community Involvement
We are also looking for ideas from you. Our Halloween Ball featured young bands in the region, and we've a local singer/songwriter night coming up in March. We're also beginning to develop a DJ and Music Production School – all ideas that came from local people. If you have an idea you’d like to share, do please email or call us – it’s your arts centre and the doors are open to everyone!
