John Hogan (Chairperson) – Public Representative, Tipperary County Council
A public representative for the past 16 years, he served as Mayor of North Tipperary in 2004 and is currently Chairperson of The Thurles /Templemore Municipal District. He is also Chairperson of Tipperary Education and Training Board and has served on various Committees from his local parish to National Boards . He is currently on several committees, such as treasurer of Moyne Community Centre, and board member of the Education and Training Board of Ireland. A former Chairperson of Moyne Drama Group, as a public representative he promotes our music, drama, culture and the arts in general. As a younger man he received an award as the most promising young actor at the Tipperary Drama festival.

Melanie Scott - Arts Officer - Tipperary County Council
Founding Member and Director of The Source Arts Centre since 2003. With twenty years experience working in the arts, Melanie Scott is a graduate of Fine Art at D.I.T. and the H.Dip in Arts Administration at U.C.D. Appointed County Arts Officer in January 1999. The function of the Arts Officer is to promote, advise on and work towards the development of the arts throughout County Tipperary. This role includes the development and implementation of policy for the arts, co-ordination of developmental programming across policy areas, administration of grants and schemes for the arts and commissioning of work across artforms and contexts.
Sinead Carr - Tipperary County Council
Since 1999 - she was formerly Director of Services with Wicklow County Council and now at Tipperary County Council. Has worked in the areas of Housing, Community, Planning, IT and Economic development. Her professional background is in the Planning area.

Local businessman and native of Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles; one of the founding members of the Source Arts Centre. Former president of Thurles Chamber of Commerce for two terms in 2003 and 2004. A landowner and property owner in Tipperary, Martin has ran a successful business in his former years and is currently in the process of developing several primary health care centres. Studying philosophy for the last three years, he has a personal interest in the arts. He enjoys and appreciates the shows in the Source and regularly attends the theatre in Dublin. A passionate art collector having purchased Yeats, le Brocquy and Knuttel, he also follows new up and coming artists.
